  Unfortunately, I would not do business with this branch or Wells Fargo in general given their very poor attention to security following the loss of your identity documents. My daughter's account was virtually cleared out by an imposter who stole her driver's license one month previously (July 17th) and was able to use it a few days ago (August 28) to go to this branch despite our notification that her driver's license was stolen (we canceled her debit card and followed all other bank instructions). In fact, at least four (4) other people encountered the same fraud issues at Wells Fargo. The NC DMV recommended to us to stop doing business with Wells Fargo because according to the DMV there is NO reason that the fraud should have occurred given the security features on drivers' licenses and the fact the stolen one was canceled in the system. As the father of a fraud (ID theft) victim, I am a loss as to how to console my daughter over the theft of the $1,400 she lost despite it being returned (it wasn't her money that they returned to her, it was the bank's!).
