  Horrible service. Not that they are not polite, but in a sense not telling the truth. Customers take that as lying and that is by no means acceptable. It was actually something simple I could do over the phone, but I happened to drop by using the ATM and I wasn't having my phone with me so I was like hmm maybe just to ask a banker. But, if it's gonna take 1 hour to wait for the next available banker, don't keep telling the customer bs like "we will soon be with you", which was what I was told continuously from the very beginning. It was only because these different BOAers came told me this, I wasted half an hour waiting, although for quite several times I did want to leave. Won't go to this BOA again. Honestly speaking, my experience at the other two WellsFargos right next to it was way better, in regards of customer service. BOA is a fine bank in general, but this branch is, again, HORRIBLE. So if it's some same banking service you need and it doesn't matter which bank it is, and you have a WellsFargo account, I strongly suggest you NOT use this Bank of America. Take another turn and two WellsFargos are right there ready to help.
